We gave you a sneak peak of Gradescope during the 2023 CITL Winter Workshop. But in case you missed it, you might be thinking “What is Gradescope?” Gradescope is a web-based tool to help streamline and standardize assessment of paper-based, digital, and coding assignments. What are just a few of the top advantages of using Gradescope? Gradescope uses AI-based handwriting analysis to organize submissions for faster grading, allows for on-the-fly rubric creation and feedback, and can automatically grade printed bubble sheets.
Ready to learn more? We will hold two, one-hour fully remote sessions with Gradescope’s lead trainer, Kenneth Rogers, on February 10th at 10:00 a.m. and February 14th at noon. The sessions will cover how to get started and how to incorporate Gradescope into your teaching, with time for your questions. Each session will cover the same material, so please come to the one that fits your schedule.
