CITL Workshop: Google Assignments

Come join Holly Zakos for an explanation of how to use Google Assignments. Google Assignments allows you to accept and grade any Google file from within Course Site. If you already use Google Docs, you will learn how to leverage Course Site with Google tools to allow faster, more efficient, and easier collaboration on students’ media projects. Learn more about why you would use Google Assignments and features such as inline commenting, feedback banks and originality analysis.

CITL Workshop: Universal Design for Learning (UDL)

This 30 minute presentation will broadly cover the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework and give you some basic steps to begin implementing UDL principles to make your learning environments more inclusive and engaging to accommodate a variety of diverse learning needs. CITL Workshop: Creating Quizzes and Exams in Course Site

We will specifically highlight the most important settings, explain default settings, and review crucial best practices. CITL Workshop: Perusall for Collaborative Annotation

Get an overview of Perusall, a social annotation tool that allows students to comment collaboratively on e-readings and digital files. We’ll cover the basics with a 20-30 minute overview of the tool and how it can be effectively integrated directly into your course. There will also be time for questions and discussion.

CITL Workshop: Panopto Basics

CITL/LearnX-MakeX: Zoom Meeting Training for Lehigh Faculty and Staff

Lehigh now has an institutional site license for Zoom, a communications platform that offers audio and video conferencing services across all operating systems and mobile platforms. Faculty and staff can schedule, host and record online sessions, reducing the need for traversing campus for in-person meetings.
Some of the benefits of Zoom include two-way audio and video conferencing, desktop sharing, and support for a variety of devices such as Windows, MacOS, and Android. Zoom is also integrated with Course Site, facilitating its use in both academic and administrative settings.
