Simplify assignment workflow with new Google Course Kit tool

The Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning was part of a pilot program this past spring to test Google’s new Course Kit assignment and embed tools that allow for submissions from Google drive into Course Site, seamlessly integrating Google’s popular productivity apps with Lehigh's Learning Management System (LMS).

Eric Zematis, the chief information security officer (CISO) at Charter Oak State College in New Britain, Connecticut, has been named CISO at Lehigh University, effective Dec. 17.

2018 LTS Client Satisfaction Survey Preliminary Report

In the Spring of 2018, Library and Technology Services (LTS) engaged an external consultant company, MOR Associates, to perform an independent assessment of client satisfaction for the services provided by LTS.

LTS Ramp Up introduces First Year Students to LTS!

Incoming First Year Students are invited to complete a summer online orientation to LTS, called the LTS Ramp Up. By engaging students prior to the start of school, we catch them before the flurry of fall activities, hopefully for greater impact!

LTS Fall 2018 5x10s: Reaching out to first year students

This year LTS offered several 5x10 sessions to First Year Students as part of the 5x10 series sponsored by the Student Affairs Office of First Year Experience. The goal of these sessions was to introduce students to topics broadly associated with LTS services.

Students got hands on with Special Collections, learned about doing undergraduate research at Lehigh, and tested their knowledge about Asa Packer in the first ever library-style escape room, Linderman Lockdown!
