The intent of this community is to provide an opportunity to network with Lehigh faculty, across disciplines and colleges, to discuss teaching and learning at Lehigh. Topics may include how to foster student engagement, alternative assessment strategies, managing large enrollment courses or guidance from peers on challenges encountered. CITL staff will facilitate these sessions and help determine topics based on mutual interest as the group moves forward.

We have also created a New Faculty Community of Practice Slack channel to allow everyone to share and help one another outside of formal meetings.
To join the channel:
- Navigate to available Lehigh workspaces here.
- Login into Slack with your Lehigh credentials when prompted.
- Search for “New Faculty”.
- Click the “Request to Join” button.
